This home has stood on the same stretch of coast for more than forty years. Thick plaster arches, terracotta floors, hardwood ceilings and shutters that let the sea breeze straight through. It has never been remodelled into a luxury villa, and that is the whole appeal.
A long veranda runs the length of the house, facing the pool and the wall of jungle behind it. Mornings are for the water. Afternoons are for that shaded table.

Hidden away, and still in the middle of it.
Behind a private gate on a quiet lane, with everything you actually want within reach. We sit at the end of a dead-end lane, just west of Casa Rosada in Guiones Norte, with a private walking path down to Playa Guiones.

We would rather be straight with you than oversell. This is an older home, full of character, not a newly built resort.

- /Other guests. The whole house is yours.

No wristbands, no buffet, no piped music. A real house in a real neighborhood, with the jungle for company.
